OneTake Developments is currently searching for experienced professionals to handle bathroom renovation projects, tiling and plastering in houses and commercial properties across London.
As part of our mission to deliver exceptional bathroom renovation projects and property developments across London, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of tiling and plastering for both residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare walls and floors for tiling by cleaning and levelling surfaces.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces, ensuring precise alignment and symmetry.
- Lay tiles in a variety of patterns and styles, as specified by project requirements.
- Apply grout and sealants to finish surfaces, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of damaged tiles as needed.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler, with expertise in bathroom renovations.
- Skilled in tiling, plastering, and working with a range of materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to various project needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Valid UK driving license.
